| ANIMALS | |
| 90.02 | No owner shall permit an animal to run at large. The owner is liable for all damage caused by the animal. |
| 90.06 | Pooper-scooper The owner is responsible for picking up and disposing of his/her animal's waste outside of his/her property. There is a penalty of $5.00 to $25 per violation. (90.99) |
| BUILDING REGULATIONS AND PERMITS | |
| 150.16 | A) Building permits from the city are required for any building or structure, including fences, pools, and auxiliary building. Contact the Mayor or designated city councilman or councilwoman. |
| 150.16 | Property maintenance. All property owners must maintain lots and structures erected thereon in reasonable condition and appearance. |

| PARKING | |
| 70.02 | Cars must park on the right-hand side of the road, parallel to the curb. No parking is permitted at the curbs painted yellow or in front of any public or private driveway. |
| 70.03 | limitations of parking. No boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles, motor homes, bus, tractor, trailer, or camper shall be parked or stored in a front, side, or street side yard, or on the street. |
